30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.
Take the full 14-day Trail. If you’re not braver about speaking to real Taiwanese people than the day you started — just email me. No forms, no reasons, no hard feelings.
How to get a refund
Email me at within 30 days of your purchase. You don’t need to explain yourself, and I won’t ask you to. You don’t need an order number either — I can find you by the email address you paid with, though including it saves us both a step.
I’ll process it as soon as I see the message. The money goes back to the card you paid with, and depending on your bank it usually lands within five to ten business days.
What happens to your access
Your license key stops working once the refund goes through. That’s the only condition, and it’s not a punishment — it’s just how a one-time purchase works.
About that charge on your statement
Your credit card statement will show LEMSQZY* rather than Mandarin Trail. That’s Lemon Squeezy, the payment company that handles checkout and receipts on my behalf. It’s a legitimate charge — not fraud, not a duplicate.
Lost your key, or need a receipt?
You don’t need me for either. Both live in your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — the link is in your purchase confirmation email, under the receipt. Your license key, your invoice, and your billing history are all there, and the link doesn’t expire.
If you can’t find that email, check spam for Lemon Squeezy rather than Mandarin Trail. Still nothing? Then email me and I’ll resend it.
If something else went wrong
Audio won’t play? Bought it twice by accident? Key won’t activate? Email me before asking for a refund — most of these take about two minutes to fix, and I’d rather fix it than lose you.
This policy applies to everyone, including founding purchases at $29. Buying at a discount doesn’t buy you fewer rights.
